TUNE IN: APPLE PODCASTS | SPOTIFY
When you get really good at what you’re doing, what comes next? Typically, we try to take on more and more of the same thing. But if you’re a business owner who’s ever tried to scale you know it’s not always possible to grow with one offering.
Our guest today has learned how to sustainably expand without sacrificing every hour of her time into her business. Brianna Summers (the woman behind our own branding!) is the owner of Brighten Made, a branding studio helping business owners around the world turn their vision into a visual brand that captures their unique essence.
When Bri hit that wall of not being able to take on any more clients but wanting to still help as many people as possible, she knew it was time to expand into other offerings. Bri has broken into e-commerce with her own t-shirts and art prints. She’s also created social media templates for those wanting to uplevel their branding but who aren’t quite ready to invest in something custom. She knew she had a host of designers following her and wondering what her success secrets were, so she decided to create a course teaching designers how to capture ideal clients on Instagram. Bri learned how to take her genius and package it up into different offerings that would allow her customers to select the ones that best fit their needs.
If you’ve considered launching a new aspect of your business or are curious about the ins and outs of a design studio, you’re going to want to hit play on this one.
